Important: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the mySupermiya platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
1. General
mySupermiya is a unified CRM, Bot, and analytics platform designed for sales teams. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mySupermiya platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
2. Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
An account is required to access Platform services. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Age Requirement
The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

The Platform and all its content — including but not limited to code, design, logos, text, and other materials — are owned by mySupermiya and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal and commercial purposes. This license does not grant you the right to reproduce, sell, or sublicense the Platform or its content to third parties.

- • Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- • Prices may change with prior notice to users
- • Services may be suspended if payment is overdue
Cancellation
- • You may cancel your subscription at any time
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- • Data in a cancelled account is retained for 30 days
7. Limitation of Liability
mySupermiya shall not be liable for:

- •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
In any event, mySupermiya's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees during the preceding 12 months.

We strive to maintain 99% platform uptime. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows whenever possible.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
